The Grant application form is attached. It should be submitted to the Partnership at least 60 days prior to the grant cycle for consideration. The staff at The Freedom Source will review each application for completeness and compliance with eligibility requirements. The staff will also make an attempt to prioritize the requests by highest likelihood of success. All qualifying applications will then be forwarded to the Grant Awards Committee for review.
